Thank you for using Ninniyo, developed by Synctegron. Ninniyo is a baby sleep sound app used by parents and caregivers. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use our mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

A. Information Collected Automatically

When you use Ninniyo, we may collect certain information automatically, including:

• Device Information: Device model, operating system version, and app version.
• Usage Data: App interactions such as which sounds are played, timer durations, and settings changes, used to understand and improve the app.
• Crash and Diagnostic Data: Crash reports and performance diagnostics, used to fix bugs.

B. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party service providers:

• Firebase Analytics: Used to understand app usage (e.g., which sounds are popular, how long sleep sessions last).
• Firebase Crashlytics: Used to collect crash reports so we can fix bugs.
• Firebase Remote Config: Used to deliver app configuration; does not collect personal information.
• Google AdMob: Used to serve advertisements in the free version of the app.
• RevenueCat: Used to manage subscriptions and purchases (Ninniyo Pro). RevenueCat receives purchase receipt data from the App Store / Google Play to validate and manage your subscription status.
• Cloudflare: Used as a content delivery network to download sound files. Does not receive personal information.

2. Voice Recordings Stay on Your Device

Ninniyo lets you record your own soothing voice for your baby. These recordings are stored only on your device and are never uploaded to our servers or any third party. Deleting the app or the recording removes it permanently.

3. Smart Shush & Microphone Usage

Ninniyo includes a "Smart Shush" feature that listens for your baby's cries to automatically play soothing sounds. When this feature is active, the app uses your device's microphone. The audio is processed entirely locally on your device in real-time. We do not record, store, or transmit any audio data from the microphone.

4. Advertising

To keep the basic features of Ninniyo free, we use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and use certain information (such as your Advertising ID and device information) to provide personalized ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising in your device settings.

5. Purchases and Subscriptions

Payments for Ninniyo Pro are processed by Apple's App Store or Google Play, not by us directly. We use RevenueCat to manage entitlement status across devices. We do not have access to your full payment card details.

6. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the app.
• Diagnose and fix technical issues.
• Understand which features are used, to guide future development.
• Manage Ninniyo Pro subscriptions.

7. Children's Privacy

Ninniyo is designed to be operated by a parent or caregiver on behalf of their baby — it is not directed at, marketed to, or intended for direct use by children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can address it.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
